Shipping
Where do you ship?
At this time we do not ship internationally (UK shipments only)
We do deliver to Channel Islands and Isle of Man at the same rates.
What are your shipping rates?
Standard shipping is free!
(Royal Mail Signed for 2nd class)
You can upgrade to Express shipping for an additional cost that is calculated at checkout.

When will my order ship?
All orders are processed and shipped within two business days, although usually they will be shipped the next day if we're not too busy. Orders with express delivery will be sent same or next day.
Why has my package not arrived yet?
We rely on Royal Mail to handle and deliver all our packages, occationally things can take a little longer than expected, especially during holidays like Christmas. Keep checking the tracking number and if its not been delivered within 7 days please contact us.
How do I track my order?
When your order has been shipped you will be supplied with a tracking number, you can view updates on your packages location either directly on Shopify or on Royal Mail's website Royal Mail tracking -
Returns
What is the return policy?
You can return all purchaces up to 30 days from the date you receive them. Please note - a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, unless stated otherwise.

My glass has smashed in the post
We can offer a replacment glass, please contact us
My glass has smashed from general use (aka your pet kangaroo has been drinking too much wine and accidentally drops his glass on your living room floor)
It's unfortunate that this has happened, however as our glass is fine crystal/glass it can crack and break if your not careful. We do not recommend putting anything in a dishwasher. Always hand wash and hand dry!
